Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and www.gokulram.com policies and rules.

Class and Service Bookings
Cancellation Terms
- Individual Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Group and Corporate Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled class, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Prenatal Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Events and Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled event, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Validity Terms
- Single classes must be utilized within 30 days from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted.
- 5-class pack is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. All classes must be completed within this period. Unused classes will expire after the validity period and are non-refundable.
- 10-class pack is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. All classes must be completed within this period. Unused classes will expire after the validity period and are non-refundable.
General Terms:
- Non-Transferable: The purchased classes are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who made the purchase.
- Booking: Advance booking is required to secure a slot for each class. Bookings are subject to availability.
- Refunds: No refunds will be provided for unused classes once the validity period has expired.
- Extensions: No extensions will be granted beyond the validity period unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be at the sole discretion of Tranquil Yoga Soul management.
